People should focus on content, so we strive to make the technology easy enough to stay out of their way.PhilosophyWhat do successful websites and companies have in common? They aren't human - they can't be - no matter how hard they try. Without the right people behind them, they will fail or become insignificant. Great companies know that providing their people with the right tools and expert guidance is the key to moving the company forward. Once the right pieces are in place, management can get out of the way and focus on measuring results.MethodologyBuild, Engage, Attract, and Manage - The LoudClick Methodology
